Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Review product/service details before purchase to confirm eligibility.
- Returns/exchanges are accepted only for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with tags intact, along with proof of purchase.
- Eligible cases include:

- Wrong or missing items
- Issues such as wrong or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and an unboxing video.
- Items not eligible for return/exchange:

- Tampered scratch codes, serial numbers, or seals
- Individual items of a combo
- Customized/personalized items (unless defective/damaged on arrival)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Hygiene-sensitive products (grooming tools, litter boxes, diapers etc.)
Pet Services
- Services like grooming, training, walking, hostel stays, etc., may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of booking (at the discretion of the company).
- Once communication with the service provider begins, the company may reject modification/cancellation requests at its discretion.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellations for products/services must be requested within 24 hours of placement.
- Cancellation requests are subject to approval at the company’s sole discretion depending upon the stage of delivery/processing.
- If approved before processing/shipping, the full amount will be refunded within 10–15 business days.
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Damages and Issues
- Inspect all orders on receipt. Report defective, damaged, or wrong items within 48 hours.
- If the shipping box is damaged, reject delivery and contact us immediately.
Return & Refund Process

- If accepted, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after inspection, to the original payment method.
- For Pay-on-Delivery orders, bank details will be required for digital transfer.
